We ship from Czech Republic.
All orders will be shipped using Registered Shipping.
Our shipping and handling price includes Registration of the letter/parcel by the Postal Service.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the Post Office, we will send you a tracking code. It is your responsibility to use this tracking code to track/trace your parcel and to keep an eye on the shipping status. In case delivery to your address has failed, in most countries the parcel will go to your local Post Office or Pick-up point and stays there for several days before they return it to the sender. In case the parcel will be shipped back to us, we can re-send your shipment after you paid for the shipping costs.
Necromanteion can not be hold accountable for the loss or damage of your order caused by the Postal Services worldwide. (This also counts for Registered shipments.)
All products leave the Necromanteion headquarters after checking and we take care in packing the products as safe as possible for transport.

If your order arrives in bad condition or not within two weeks (in Europe, four weeks > Rest of the World) after placing your order, it is your duty to contact us as soon as possible so we can try to solve the problem with the Postal Services and perhaps retrieve the order or get a compensation. In case we get a monetary compensation, this compensation money will be returned to you or made available for you to use in the Necromanteion webshop.
